The Refill
Before you can pour into others, you must first pour into yourself. The Refill was created as a sacred pause—a space to breathe, to pray, and to be poured back into by God. Here, clarity flows and peace returns drop by drop. Because even Jesus took time to rest and to be renewed, and so should you.
In stillness, I remember who poured into me first —John 7:37-38

The Coach's Corner- Growing Through the Stretch
A personal glimpse into my personal growth so you can reflect on yours.
For the last four years, I worked as a Food and Nutrition Manager at the middle school level. I knew the flow, the faces, the routine. It was safe and comfortable. Then I was promoted to the high school level—more staff, more responsibility, more expectation. And it stretched me. It pulled me out of what was familiar and into a place where I had to level up, trust myself, and grow on purpose.
Here’s what I learned
You can’t evolve in comfort. Every new level requires stretch, and every stretch reveals who you’re becoming. This is why I coach. I don’t just talk about growth—I live it. And if I walk through my stretch, sis.. so can you.
